housing.

Everyone deserves a roof over their head.

In the past few years, Seattle has been named the fastest urbanizing city in our nation. The influx of new city dwellers and expanding city limits has resulted in a severe shortage of affordable housing. We hope to step into the gap and build low income housing for Seattle residents. Our ambition is to build 300 square foot mini-apartments that we can rent at affordable rates, without relying on government programs and subsidies. Currently, plans have been drawn for our first mini-apartment prototype and we hope to start our first project soon. Our ultimate goal is to have a 24-unit building in each of the 27 urban villages in Seattle, housing 648 people across our city.
